I’ve been learning Italian with Maria right from the begging over 2 years ago. I couldn’t speak a word of it! During this time she’s been really amazing in teaching me everything, from the grammar to the listening and speaking. Maria is incredibly patient, and her biggest accolade is that if like me, you find the prospect of learning a new language nerve-wracking, then panic-not because Maria has a knack of making you making feel confident when you speak. The best parts of my week are when I’m having my "lezioni di italiano con Maria!"

Maria is a great teacher!!! She’s helping me to feel more confident speaking English, teaching me native expressions and pronunciation. Living in the UK, my priority is to feel more comfortable in every day conversations; in our lessons we talk about many different subjects, and I’m finding it really helpful! This coming Autumn I would like to get an English certificate, so we will focus more on grammar. I’ve no doubt she will help me to prepare it properly.

Thanks to specially prepared lessons for the exam, I achieved my goal. Maria was very professional in creating specific lessons based on my needs and level. She knows the English language very well and is very well prepared to teach it, carefully preparing the lessons which were always enjoyable.

When I began my lessons with Maria I was very unsure of my spoken Italian, but her relaxed and informal approach immediately put me at my ease, and I quickly gained confidence. Over the years, I have had lessons with a number of different teachers, but none have helped me to progress to the same extent as my conversations with Maria. Our sessions have had a genuinely transformative effect, and I now feel completely at ease when chatting with Italian friends and colleagues.

Maria is a wonderful tutor! I worked on my Italian with her for about six months and always looked forward to our weekly lessons. She is incredibly patient, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Maria also gears the lesson toward the interest of the student, which is really lovely and helpful. I was lucky to work with her and really improved my Italian conversation skills because of it!
